Today’s practice is to either perform a kind action for someone else, or reflect on a specific example from your past in which you took care of or offered a kind act for another. After performing this activity or reflecting on the example, fill out the practice sheet for the day and note how this action or imagination shifted your feeling state. As I always remind you to, pay particular attention to your:
- thoughts/mind
- emotions/feelings
- physical sensations/body cues
- sense of connection to spirit/existential meaning
