Gratitude Journalgratitude

Today’s practice is short and sweet. It’s all about expressing gratitude for something meaningful you experienced today- something you are thankful for. You can either write this down, or sit down with a loved one that you trust and tell them your gratitude story. Focus on creating a narrative about the event- what was happening and how you were feeling before the event, during, and after. Reflect on how this event gave you an experience of shifting your perspective and increasing joy in your day. Consider other activities or relationships that you can cultivate to bring more gratitude into your life.
