Today’s mindfulness practice involves 5-simple steps toward present-moment awareness, a feeling of awe and connection with nature.

1. Connecting to breath being outside in nature and underneath the sky- whether blue, grey, or nighttime sky

2. Put a hand on your belly and a hand on your heart while looking up and feel the breath moving through the body in these areas

3. Engage the 5-senses (What you see; hear; feel/touch; taste; and smell)

4. Connect to the vastness of the sky; it’s enormity and that enormity of the entire Universe!

5. Let yourself feel at home, in this present-moment, beneath this beautiful sky
